Fern Forest Cabin: Two bedroom light-filled design cabin
Set on 10 private acres in the Catskills, Upstate New York this light-filled two bedroom cabin combines original character with modern design. Built in the 80s and fully refurbished in 2025, it features striking triangle windows with 360° forest views, a floating deck, and a luxury bathroom with a deep soaking tub for two.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy TV snug, two peaceful bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, fire pit and complete privacy. We are also a RARE gem with A/C for summer! Close to the best Catskills towns, hiking and skiing.
❋ The Space Light-Filled Triangular Design: What makes this cabin truly special is the exceptional natural light. Signature triangular windows on every side, combined with a dramatic picture window, offer 360-degree forest views and create a seamless connection to nature year-round.
Open Living + Private Deck: The open living space opens directly onto a floating deck via sliding glass doors - perfect for morning coffee, reading, or evening wine while overlooking the peaceful woods.
❋ Home away from home The Snug: We intentionally kept the main living area TV-free to encourage relaxation, conversation, and connection with nature. For movie nights, enjoy the separate snug room with a large, plush sofa and 60-inch TV.
Fully Renovated Kitchen: The kitchen has been completely rebuilt and features oven and hob, farmhouse sink, high-end finishes and textiles
and is fully stocked for home cooking.
Luxury Bathroom: The bathroom is a standout feature. Enjoy a deep soaking tub large enough for two, perfectly positioned for winter evenings with views of the pines. There’s also a powerful shower finished with carefully sourced, designer tile.
Sleeping Arrangements (2 Bedrooms): Loft master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and forest views, and a ground-floor bedroom surrounded by six windows - immersive and serene.
We have a full heating system for chilly snowy winter escapes, including underfloor bathroom tile heating for a cozy experience. We are also one of the only cabins with powerful A/C units for sizzling hot summers.

20 minutes to Delhi (Hollow, Blue Bee Café)
25 minutes to Andes (Andes Hotel, Wayside Cider, Café Mutsi, vintage shops)
30 minutes to Plattekill for skiing and snowboarding
Things to note
Guests have access to the entire cabin and grounds for the duration of their stay. Feel free to explore as much as you'd like!
Other things to note:
Prime Catskills location - close to hiking trails, rivers, lakes and skiing.
Private and secluded, yet close to top Catskills destinations: 20 minutes to Delhi (Hollow, Blue Bee Café), 25 minutes to Andes (Andes Hotel, Wayside Cider, Café Mutsi, vintage shops), 30 minutes to Plattekill (for skiing and snowboarding).
During storms / severe winter conditions all guests MUST park on the main road to avoid getting stuck a the bottom of the drive as Catskill winters are no joke. We will advise.
When the snow is deep and thick we advise that you don’t attempt to go down the stairs to the forest. The forest area is mainly seasonal as obviously we cannot clear snow throughout the night on the stairs / the entire woodland area.
